# Soak your foot

1. Soak the foot in lukewarm water with Epsom salt.
2. Limit soaking time to no more than 15 minutes.
3. Once finished, pat the foot dry.
4. Apply a triple antibiotic ointment, such as Neosporin.
5. Cover with gauze.

Repeat twice a dat until your next scheduled appointment.
