Account deletion

Here is how to request the deletion of your account in the Neatsy AI app by Neatsy, Inc.

Go to Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm.

If you cannot locate the Delete account feature inside the app, please write us back at support@neatsy.ai with the subject "Account deletion" from the email you created your account with and we will gladly assist you.
