Nike Air Zoom Vaporfly Next% 2 "Ekiden"

Arriving to celebrate the upcoming annual Ekiden long-distance running spectacles in Japan is a special-edition take on the Nike ZoomX Vaporfly Next% 2. Optimized for high-mileage races, the pairs were first introduced early last year with updated performance-enhancing features.

Weighing in at a median of 6.9 ounces, the latest Nike "Ekiden" pairs arrive in a festive mix of bright greens across the mesh base with red accents and futuristic holographic jumbo Swooshes running across the toe box and medial edges. Techy emblems appear across the heel strip and non-removable insoles while lace tips are fitted with mismatched checkered flags and Swoosh imagery. Rounding out the design are ZoomX foam soles incorporating a full-length carbon plate and an upward-curling pointed heel.
